Is this a crazy idea, or a needed solution? We shall see!
I met with a prospective renter the other day. He is a farmer and was looking for a spot relatively close to his farming operation. In chatting, I found out that it was hard to come by farming land for rent, that didn’t include an expensive house with it. He didn’t want a house to rent, just the land. So… a light bulb went off.
What if I offered the 66 acres as a co-farming spot. Places are for rent that are a blend of live/work/recreate. You have designated space, and you do you, within the parameters we all agree to. Being kind to the land and each other.
Pricing will be from $500-$1500, depending on your land needs.
